Rick and his team did an amazing job. Our yard was very unkept and neglected for years by our tenants at our investment property. Rick turned this yard from the worst yard to the best yard in the neighborhood. Now we are getting ready to list the rowhouse and I think the work Baumann's did will help us sell quicker.

I hired Rick and Matt Baumann's company after reading great reviews on Consumer Checkbook and Yelp, and I wanted to support a local family-owned Silver Spring business. This shouldn't be rare, but it is: They answered the phone when I called, came out and did an estimate, which they emailed me, told me they could come out in two weeks and then their crew actually showed up two weeks later. I didn't have to chase anyone down or ask lots of questions. I had them do regular spring clean-up, mulch my beds and also take out three raised garden areas (and haul away the wood, dirt and debris) and seed that area. The crew of about 6 guys were polite, hard-working and fast. They did a great job cleaning up one particular very messy landscaped area, and they hauled everything away. I was thrilled with their work and how my lawn looks now. Highly recommended.
